Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern your use of Invite Jam. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Invite Jam lets you create online invitations, share them as links, and collect RSVPs. We work hard to keep the service available and your events running smoothly, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 to create an account, and the information you give us must be accurate.
One account per person. Do not create more than one account, and do not use more than one account for the same event. If more than one account is used for a single event, we will ban every account involved.
Your content
Your invitations, guest lists and replies remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and display them, and nothing more. You are responsible for having the right to use any content you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use Invite Jam to send spam, host unlawful content, harass people, or probe the security of the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Free and paid plans
The free plan is genuinely free: free invites show a small Invite Jam banner. Paid subscriptions, Event Passes and add-ons are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Prices may change, but never mid-subscription without notice.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. One-off purchases (Event Passes and add-ons) apply to the event you bought them for.
Liability
Invite Jam is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
Open source software
The photo album converts HEIC photos in your browser using heic-to, libheif and libde265, which are free software under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). The licence and links to their source code are at https://invitejam.com/licenses/heic-to.txt.
Designs uploaded as PDFs are drawn in your browser using PDF.js, free software under the Apache License 2.0. The licence is at https://invitejam.com/licenses/pdf-js.txt.
