Send birthday invitations three to four weeks before the party. For a milestone birthday or a party that guests travel to, send them six to eight weeks ahead and ask for replies two weeks before.
Edit the wording, colours and envelope, or upload artwork you have already designed.
Send your invitation by message or email. Guests open it in their browser.
See who is coming and collect the details you need for your plans.
A birthday invitation sets the tone for the day. Choose something bright for a lively party or a quieter design for dinner with friends, then add the details your guests need.
Add their name, the date, the start time and the venue. Include an age only if you want to, and leave room for a short message that sounds like them.
Set the number of guests allowed on each invitation and ask about dietary needs. Your guest list brings the replies together when it is time to organise food and seating.
For your birthday, collect RSVPs online, manage your guest list and explore thank-you cards for afterwards.
