Privacy Policy

Invite Jam is built around a simple idea: your event is yours. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have — whether you are hosting an event or replying to one.

    What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you build an event we store the details you enter — the invitation, your guest list, and the questions you ask. When guests RSVP we store their replies on the host's behalf. Payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.

    How we use it

We use your data to run Invite Jam: showing hosts their replies, sending the emails you trigger (invitations, reminders, receipts), and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we never show third-party advertising on your invitations.

    Guest privacy

Guests do not need an account to RSVP. A guest's reply and any answers they give are visible to the event's host. We do not use guest contact details for marketing.

    Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used so we can improve it.

    Storage and retention

Your data is stored with established cloud providers (such as Amazon Web Services) and kept while your account is active. Deleting an event removes its guest data; deleting your account removes your data from the live service.

    Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Invite Jam — payment processing, email delivery, and hosting — and when the law requires it.

    Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from your account, or by emailing support@invitejam.com. If you are in a region with data-protection laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA), these rights are yours by law and we honour them regardless of where you live.
